Normal labs, real symptoms
You feel off, but basic testing hasn’t explained why.
If you’ve been told everything looks “normal” but you still don’t feel like yourself, this is a place to look deeper — without feeling dismissed, rushed or judged.

For women who feel dismissed, stuck in symptom cycles, or tired of hearing that everything looks normal when their body clearly says otherwise.
You feel off, but basic testing hasn’t explained why.
Pain, heavy bleeding, PMS, or cycle changes are affecting your day-to-day.
Digestive discomfort, inflammation, and food reactions need a deeper look.
You’re tired, foggy, wired, or not recovering like you used to.
Your symptoms aren’t treated in isolation. I look at physiology, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, digestion, hormones and testing when appropriate — so we can understand what your body has been trying to tell you all along.
A practice focused on women’s health and the functional concerns that often need a deeper, more connected view of the body — not another “everything looks fine.”

I’m Dr. Natalie Bozinovski, ND, MSc. I created Health and the City to support women in a more holistic, science-informed way — and to offer the kind of care that’s often missing from conventional medicine. My own experience with endometriosis and fertility treatment shaped my clinical focus and the way I support women through complex, often dismissed symptoms.
